Digital photography course in Derbyshire for Nikon dslr camera owners

Please note: this course has now passed, but you can find details of our next one day courses here.

Peak Digital Training is pleased to announce that we will be running a one day digital photography workshop especially for Nikon digital slr users on Saturday December 3rd. It will run from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, and will be based at a wonderfully situated cottage in the Derbyshire Peak District (see Peak District Photography Workshops – idyllic new location for details).

Peak District digital photography course for Nikon users by Peak Digital TrainingThe course will be a mixture of practical photography outdoors – making full use of the wide range of subject matter which is available right outside the cottage door – as well as a demonstration of software you can use to download, view, sort and edit your digital images. It is suitable for anyone who uses a Nikon digital slr – whatever your level of expertise – and you will learn not only how to adjust settings to get the best results straight out of the camera, but also some of the advantages to using Nikon software with your images – particularly if you shoot in NEF format. You will also be shown how you can integrate Nikon software with editors such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Aperture and even iPhoto. It is a cottage in a secluded part of the White Peak not far from Bakewell,  with wonderful subjects for photography just outside the door – including meadows carpeted with wild flowers, field systems with drystone walls and barns, and archeological remains (there are several scheduled ancient monuments nearby).
