Terms and Conditions

We like to keep our terms and conditions as brief and understandable as possible, but some conditions are necessary to protect both our clients’ interests and our own.

Unfortunately, due to so many bad experiences in the past, we are only able to accept bookings once we receive both a completed booking form and payment of the course fee in full.

When you complete a booking form, you sign to state that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions, which are as follows:

  1. Outdoor photography courses often involve walking across rough and uneven ground, sometimes in wet and slippery conditions. Appropriate stout footwear and waterproof clothing is advisable. Clients accept that attending these courses is entirely at their own risk, and they are advised to take out adequate insurance to cover any accident or injury to themselves, or damage to photographic equipment. Peak Digital Training accepts no responsibility for any loss or injury incurred on their courses.

  2. Some walking and moderate physical exercise is involved on outdoor photography courses. If clients have any medical condition that may affect their participation on the course, it is their responsibility to inform Peak Digital Training and enquire about the level of physical exertion required before the course date.

  3. Once a place on a course has been booked, Peak Digital Training regrets that no refunds can be given (except as specified in clause 4 below). If a client is unable to attend the course they have booked, they will be offered the opportunity to transfer to an alternative course, provided that their place can be filled by another person.

  4. In the event of Peak Digital Training having to cancel a course due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to rescheduling the course at a later date, offering a place on an alternative course or a refund of the course fee paid.

  5. If a course has to be cancelled or rescheduled, Peak Digital Training will use reasonable endeavours to contact everyone booked on it. However, it is the responsibility of clients to ascertain whether or not a course has been cancelled and the date and time of any rescheduling.

  6. Vouchers are only valid until the date shown on the voucher.

  7. Vouchers are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed in whole or in part for cash. A credit note will be issued if the voucher’s value exceeds the cost of the training chosen.

  8. Peak Digital Training retains personal information for their own records only. They will not disclose it to any third party.

  9. By signing the booking form, the client agrees to accept all the above Terms and Conditions. The person signing the voucher booking form does so on behalf of all those individuals included on it and all those named agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
